Content Multiplier

One good piece should carry weeks. But "turn it into thirty assets" is often twenty hours of new work wearing a repurposing label — so this counts honestly.

What are you multiplying?

One substantial piece. This works when the source is genuinely good — multiplying something thin just produces more thin things in more places.

Every derivative should still be answering this. If one wanders off it, it belongs to a different source.

Honestly. Research counts.

Why the source form matters

A written source and a filmed source multiply differently. Video gives you clips and audio for free but has to be transcribed to become writing. An article gives you writing for free but nothing you can post as video without getting in front of a camera.

The tool accounts for that, so the same thirty checkboxes cost different amounts depending on what you started with.

What will it become?

Grouped by what each one actually costs you, not by where it gets posted. Watch the running total at the bottom.

Where it goes, and how long it lasts

Two things decide whether this was worth the hours: how many places the idea appears, and how long it stays useful.

Where this idea will appear

Every place a person in your niche might encounter it.

How long will it stay useful?

This is what separates a week of posts from something still working in three years.

Roughly. If you publish weekly and this gives you six posts, that's six weeks.

What you actually get

What you learned and what's next

The most useful output of a multiplying session is usually the next source it hands you.

Almost always several. Write them down before they evaporate.

The last word

Solo agents don't need to produce more than everyone else. They need to get more out of every hour they already spend, which is a completely different problem and a much more solvable one.

One thoroughly researched piece should educate people, support your consultations, answer the same question you keep being asked, and still be findable in two years. Most agents make something that good and then use it once.
