About this tool

Most content plans don’t fail because the agent lacked discipline. They fail because the plan was never survivable. Someone sits down in January, commits to four videos, a newsletter, two blog posts and daily social, and by the second week of March it has quietly stopped — followed by a year of feeling behind.

So this planner does the arithmetic first. Set a real frequency for each thing you want to produce and it shows you the hours per week that plan actually costs. Under two hours and visibility never compounds. Two to five is the range that survives a busy closing week. Past nine, it will stop the first time something goes wrong — and the tool will tell you so before you commit rather than after you’ve failed at it.

Around that sits the rest of the plan: what you’ll be known for, the questions your community actually asks, the subjects you’ll own, where it gets distributed, and what you’ll watch over ninety days. It also connects the plan to your transaction goal, because the reason a solo agent publishes at all is that you cannot have several hundred conversations a year one at a time.

Print the output and put it somewhere you’ll see it on a Monday.

Pairs with the Market Translation Planner for the content itself and the Inventory Shift Analyzer for the numbers behind it.
