About this tool

Inconsistency is invisible to you and obvious to everyone else. You have never once seen your Zillow profile, your brokerage bio, your Instagram, and your listing sign lined up in a row. A person deciding whether to call you sees one of them, at random — and it is almost never the one you would have chosen.

This audit lines them up. Twenty-three recognition channels, split into the two groups that actually matter: the ones that keep working when you don’t — Google results, your Realtor.com profile, a brokerage bio, an email signature — and the ones that go quiet the moment you stop feeding them. Strangers overwhelmingly arrive through the first group, which is the group most agents neglect.

Then it reads the spread, not the average. An agent whose channels all sit at merely acceptable is recognizable. An agent with three excellent profiles and four stale ones is not — because recognition is set by whichever version someone happens to find, and you don’t get to choose which. Raising a weak channel to adequate does more for how you’re perceived than making a strong one excellent.

It finishes with the one-channel test: if someone found you in exactly one place and never saw another, would they know what you specialize in, where you work, why to choose you, and how to reach you? Almost nobody passes it, and every failure is fixable with a sentence.
