About this tool
Nobody forms an impression of you from a handshake anymore. They spend ten or fifteen minutes searching, decide whether you look like a real professional who does a specific thing, and either reach out or don’t — and you never learn that it happened.
This walks you through that same fifteen minutes and scores it in the order a stranger actually experiences it: could they find you, could they tell what you do, how did it look, did it convince, how did they feel at the end. Each one gates the next. A beautiful brand nobody can locate scores well on everything that never got seen.
It also catches the two most expensive patterns in agent branding. Polished and unplaceable — money spent on presentation while the one sentence that would make you memorable is missing. And styled, not yet credible — strong design with no evidence behind it, because polish is fast to buy and credibility has to be accumulated.
Then it does the thing that actually works. You cannot audit your own first impression; you know what you meant, so you read intention into everything you see. The tool produces a sheet you can paste into an email, send to three people who don’t work in real estate, and get honest answers back from. Enter what they said and it shows you the gap between your score and theirs.
That gap is the finding. Everywhere you rate yourself higher than they do is a blind spot, by definition — and it is almost always more than a point.
Pairs with the Recognition Channel Audit, which inventories whether your channels exist and match. This one measures what someone concludes.
