One good piece should carry weeks — but only if you count what the plan actually costs.

About this tool

“Turn one article into thirty pieces of content” is the most repeated advice in real estate marketing, and it hides something. A lot of what gets called repurposing is twenty hours of new work wearing a friendlier label — and the agent who takes it literally ends up with a month they didn’t plan for and a topic they’re sick of.

So this tool sorts every derivative by what it genuinely costs you. Things already sitting inside the source — quotes, an FAQ entry, a saved answer for client questions — that take minutes. Things that need reformatting into a new container. Things that need you in front of a camera. And things that borrow the idea and then need substantial new writing, which are real projects and shouldn’t be scheduled as if they aren’t.

A running total updates as you check boxes, so you see the hours accumulate before you commit rather than three weekends in.

It also accounts for what your source actually contains. A written article gives you text for free but nothing you can post as video without filming. A recorded video gives you clips and audio but has to be transcribed before it becomes writing. The same set of selections costs different amounts depending on where you started, and the tool prices that in.

Then the verdicts, which include several refusals. That isn’t multiplying, that’s a content plan when too many selections are new projects. The multiplication costs more than the original when the derivatives outweigh the source. And you’re leaving most of it on the table when an agent takes four hours of good work and uses it twice — which is the most common outcome of all, because by the time a piece is finished you’re tired of the subject.

Follows the Content Purpose Filter. That one decides whether a piece should exist. This one decides how far it goes.
