About this tool
The goal was never to be seen by everyone. It’s to become familiar in the handful of places the people most likely to hire you already look — which is a much smaller and much more achievable target than the one most agents set themselves.
The channels here are grouped by something more useful than platform type: what you actually control. Places you own, places you borrow, your community, and the people who send you people. That distinction is invisible on a normal channel list and it determines everything about how durable your visibility is.
Mark where your niche client actually looks, audit how you appear in each of those places, then pick five. The tool reads the mix and tells you what your plan rests on. All borrowed platforms and you’re building on rented land. All relationships and no owned channel means people know you but strangers can’t find you. Four or more borrowed channels usually means holding none of them well.
Then it ranks your gaps — weighted so weaknesses in the places your client looks first count double — and narrows the next quarter to three.
